Blue Truffle Cheese Platter

Although our cheese offerings are too many to list here, you can rest assured that the platter Blue Truffle prepares for your event will feature some of the finest cheeses available. Whether it’s an English farmhouse cheddar, an Australian chevre or a washed rind wedge from Italy, each cheese will be selected on the basis of seasonality, quality and ripeness. The cheese platter will offer a variety of complementary cheeses, as well as a selection of dried fruits, quince paste, crackers and our house-made tomato relish. A cheese platter from Blue Truffle is bound to wow your guests.

Charcuterie Platter

For the meat lover!  A variety of cured meats; including salamis, prosciutto, pancetta and chorizo, served with our house-made tomato relish and fresh light-rye sourdough bread.  Accompanied by an assortment of olives.

Antipasto Platter

Sicilian, Kalamata and marinated lemon and garlic olives, roasted peppers and tomatoes, marinated artichokes and mushrooms. Two house-made dips; three sliced meats such as Prosciutto di Parma, chorizo and soppressa; and two cheeses such as a vintage cheddar and a soft goat’s cheese.  Colourful and appetising!  Light rye sourdough bread is served with this platter.

Why have to choose? Get a little of everything on one platter. Our combined platter has three of our favourite cheeses and two of our tastiest cured meats, as well as our house-made dips, chutneys and an assortment of olives.  Accompanied by crackers and light-rye sourdough.  This will satisfy all of your crowd’s cravings.

  • All prices include GST
  • Visa and MasterCard accepted
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required on orders over $100
  • Payment is required upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made with Blue Truffle
  • Orders for platters to be placed a minimum of three working days prior to date required
  • 15% surcharge on Public Holidays
  • Platters must be returned to Blue Truffle or arrangements made for Blue Truffle to collect
